Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if needed.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
